Why Angelus asks for Screen Time

Angelus uses Apple’s Screen Time so the apps you choose wait at prayer time. You pick them in Apple’s own app picker.

Your Screen Time data stays on your iPhone. We never receive it.

You can take away Angelus’s Screen Time access at any time in your iPhone’s Settings. Your apps then stop waiting.

Why it asks for notifications

When an app is waiting, the “Pray now” button sends you a notification; tap it and the prayer opens in Angelus.

Notifications also remind you 2 days before your trial ends. If you don’t see the notification, check that notifications for Angelus are on in Settings.

Changing your prayer times

By default, Angelus prays at 7:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 3:00 PM and 9:30 PM. Turn each one on or off, or change it, in the app.

At any prayer time you can pray a decade of the Rosary or choose today’s saint story instead of the usual prayer.

How to cancel your subscription

Apple handles subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions, tap Angelus, then Cancel Subscription.

Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period and it won’t renew.

When your trial or plan ends, the locks switch off and your village stays saved.

Restoring your plan on another iPhone

Install Angelus with the same Apple ID and tap “Restore my plan” in the Me tab.

Refunds

Apple decides refunds. You can ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue them ourselves, but we’re glad to help you ask.
